Minimum 3 months. Paid and organic channels take 60–90 days to exit the learning phase and show reliable results. After the initial term, we go month-to-month with 30 days' written notice to exit. No penalty for leaving once the initial term is complete.
Yes. You can upgrade at any point — we'll prorate the difference for the current billing period and expand scope from the next month. Most Co-Pilot clients who upgrade do so at the 6-month mark once the system is proving its value and they're ready to add channels.
If you're regularly needing TikTok ads, SMS automation, landing pages, or coverage across three or more platforms, that's a Passenger conversation. We'll tell you directly in the strategy call which tier actually fits your situation — we don't upsell for the sake of it.
Ad campaigns typically show lead volume within 30 days. SEO compounds over 90–120 days. Content consistency starts moving organic metrics in 60–90 days. Month 3 is when you start reading real signal. Anyone promising significant results in 30 days on SEO is selling you something.
After the initial 3-month term, 30 days' written notice. We'll hand off everything — ad accounts, content, reports, SEO assets — cleanly. No gotcha retention, no withholding your own materials.
