Common questions

Onboarding takes 2–3 weeks. Week 1 is discovery: brand audit, channel assessment, existing asset review, stakeholder interviews. Week 2 is strategy: playbook draft, 90-day roadmap, channel allocation plan. Week 3 is launch: first content live, ad accounts connected, reporting dashboards active. If you have a specific go-live target, tell us in the strategy call and we'll work backward from it.
Minimum 6 months. Marketing at this level requires time to build, run, and compound — results before month 3 exist but month 6 is where the system shows what it can actually do. After the initial term, we go month-to-month with 30 days' written notice to exit. No penalty for leaving once the initial term is complete.
Yes. After the initial contract term, you can move between tiers with 30 days' notice. Downgrading mid-contract isn't available — the deliverable commitments are set at contract start. Upgrading is always possible; we'll prorate the difference for the current billing period and expand scope from the next month.
Partner clients get a dedicated senior account manager as their primary contact, plus direct access to a fractional CMO for monthly strategy sessions. Behind them: a paid media specialist, an SEO/content lead, a creative director overseeing video and photography, and a lifecycle/automation specialist. You deal with your account manager for day-to-day; the CMO for strategic decisions. The specialists execute.
Good — it means faster onboarding and cleaner execution. The fractional CMO role works best when there's an internal owner to coordinate with. We plug in as the strategic layer and external execution engine; your person manages internal approvals, brand assets, and stakeholder alignment. We've run this model with several partners and it typically outperforms either side operating alone.
