What's not included

Paid advertising of any kind Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and any other paid channels are not part of the Starter tier. Paid ad management starts at Co-Pilot. Starter is organic and local only.
DIY software products or tool subscriptions We don't provide access to SaaS marketing tools, CRM platforms, or software products. We work within the accounts you already have or help you set up free-tier accounts where relevant.
Live strategy calls, email marketing, or multi-platform management Monthly strategy calls, email campaigns, and management across two or more social platforms are Driver tier and above. Starter is one platform, async support, and the core local SEO foundation.

What's the contract length?

Minimum 3 months. The first month is setup and ramp — GBP, directories, content baseline. Month 2 is the first full execution cycle. Month 3 is the first meaningful performance read. After the initial term, we go month-to-month with 30 days' written notice.

Can I upgrade to Driver or higher later?

Yes. Upgrading at any point is straightforward — we prorate the current month and expand scope from the next billing cycle. The Starter tier builds the same foundation that every higher tier builds on, so upgrading is additive rather than starting over.

What if I need more than Starter covers?

If you need a monthly strategy call, paid ads, a second platform, or email marketing, that's Driver or Co-Pilot. We'll tell you in the strategy call which tier matches your situation — we're not going to oversell you a tier you don't need yet.

How long until I see results?

GBP improvements typically show within 30–60 days. Social presence builds over 60–90 days of consistency. Local SEO is a 90–120+ day compounding game. Month 1 is about getting the foundation right; the results follow from that.

How do I cancel?

After the initial 3-month term, 30 days' written notice. We return all platform access and hand off anything we've built — GBP content, social assets, directory login details. It's your work; you keep it.
