What you'll get
-
01
Real numbers from real campaigns. No anonymized "a client of ours" fluff. Crystal Ballroom metrics, specific CPLs, actual conversion rates from 17 venues.
-
02
One tactical move you can run this week. Not a framework. Not a trend report. One specific thing an operator can act on before Friday.
-
03
Zero sales pitch. The Playbook and Strategy Call are separate offers. Operator Notes is ideas only — take them or leave them.
The 3-metric dashboard I ran 17 venues on.
I have looked at a lot of marketing dashboards. The ones that waste the most time share one trait: too many metrics with no clear hierarchy.
Every venue I ran used the same three numbers. Inquiries. Booked tours. Closed contracts. That is the entire pipeline. Everything else — impressions, clicks, cost per click, social reach — is context for those three numbers. Never the headline.
When inquiries drop, you have a visibility or demand problem. When booked tours drop relative to inquiries, you have a follow-up or lead quality problem. When closed contracts drop relative to booked tours, you have a sales process or pricing problem. Each gap points to a different fix. Three numbers, three levers.
Most agencies report everything except these three. That is not an accident.
